Daily Rates: (minimum stay 2 nights)
Single occupancy with light breakfast: $110 per night
Double occupancy with light breakfast: $110 per night
Includes juice, assorted pastry basket and/or yogurt & granola, homemade jams or preserves, fresh fruit or cheese, gourmet coffees, assorted teas or hot chocolate. Served after 7 am.
Weekly Rate: Stay 7 nights, pay for six nights.

- Luxurious bath & hand towels, bath sheets, beach towels, terry robes
- Fine bedding including duvet, handmade quilted bedcover, down & synthetic pillows, extra blankets, heated mattress pad with dual controls

Check in: between 3 and 6 pm (unless by prior arrangement).
Check out: before 11 am
Deposit: 50% deposit (based on continental breakfast rate) required at time of booking. Accepted by Pay Pal, money order, or personal cheque (date cleared). Please pay remainder and breakfast upgrade by cash upon arrival. An ATM is available at the Denman Island General Store. Please confirm dates prior to submitting deposit.
Cancellation 7 days prior: refund less 20% of booking.
Cancellation less than 7 days: If room can be re-booked, refund less 20%. If not, deposit is forfeited.

No smoking indoors.
Well-behaved and groomed dogs welcome.
Breakfast served on your deck, in your room, or in main house.
Please let us know when booking if you have food allergies, intolerances, or special requests.
Please note there is no TV or phone in the suite, but you are welcome to use the house phone for local calls.
